We Help Corporations Plan Wine Events
Mills specializes in helping corporations design a custom wine event for you and your clients, to be held at the location of your choice. Custom wine events are a great way of showing appreciation to a colleague, entertaining a client, celebrating a new contract or simply for fun. The custom designed corporate event can be scheduled for the end of the workday or conducted during the weekend in conjunction with a corporate seminar or reception party. If desired, Mills' professional staff can help you plan a full course dinner and pair your food with selected wines.
We Help You Determine the Amount You Need
We would love to assist you in selecting the amount and type of wine to buy per guest, including required mixers. If you need help in choosing a caterer, Mills' relationship with several of the best food preparers in town can provide useful assistance and support. Our in-house specialists have extensive backgrounds in the culinary arts and have worked as professional sommeliers and chefs.
Mills' In-house Tasting
Mills serves as a unique setting for an in-house wine tasting party that will delight your guests with a night out on the town. Tastings feature wines from any region of the world and include an introductory or advanced wine education seminar. Mills has a 40 foot glass bar at the front of the store that accommodates seating for 15- 20 people. Tastings usually last 90 minutes and include 4-6 different wines. There is a small fee to pay staff to conduct the tasting plus the cost of the wine and food. The Mills' in-house tasting promises to enhance your appreciation for wine and create an enlightened evening of excitement and fun.
