Sanglier Volant Has Arrived!
Sanglier Volant (or flying pig) comes from the Fenouilledes, 22 miles west of the Mediterranean Sea, 30 miles north of Spain. It is a region of stark, rugged beauty, and is an ancient viticultural region in the Roussillon, once known as Catalonia. The gnarly 75-100 year-old vines attract the wild boar which eats the grapes and graces the label. This medium-bodied blend of old vines Grenache varietals and Carignan tastes of red berries with a vibrant and lively finish. It will go especially well with lamb, pork and poultry. It will be ready to drink young and over the next five years.

Mills already has a huge selection of the great 2005 vintage with more to come!
